- FORMATION OF CONTRACT
1.1 The order sent by the customer via the online forms represents an offer made to Zoccoli Imports LLC for the formation of a sale contract, under the conditions specified in that contract and in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By sending the order form electronically, the customer shall comply with these General Terms and Conditions in his/her relations with Croce Del Sud S.r.l. and Zoccoli Imports LLC and confirms that he/she has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. He/She also acknowledges receipt of the additional information that is available for consultation on the Amenshop website at the links provided. Incomplete and/or erroneous orders cannot be considered for the purposes indicated herein.
1.2 After sending the order electronically, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order details (order acknowledgement). Order fulfilment is subject to full payment of the price, product availability in stock and the absence of any conditions that would prevent shipment by Zoccoli Imports LLC. Consequently, any unresolvable logistical difficulties, breach of payment or unavailability of the products will result in automatic termination of the contract and the customer shall be notified via email. Any amounts already paid shall be refunded.
- PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICES
2.1 Product characteristics are those presented on the website and described in each product sheet. Product images and colors may not match the actual products due to their unique nature resulting from the artisanal production methods used, photographic distortions, or the Internet browser or computer screen used.
2.2 Prices specified in the Amenshop website at the time of the order are final. If the customer’s country is outside the European Union, VAT will not be displayed and only shipping costs for the delivery destination will be indicated. All taxes and any customs duties are paid by the customer.
- SHIPPING DETAILS /DELIVERY TIMES
AMen Collection USA will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Upon placing an order, please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The order total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.
Amenshop is not responsible for any rare extreme weather conditions that may change the estimated delivery of your order.
Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

USPS Priority Mail Express (1-3 Business Days. Orders must be placed by noon EST to get out that same day. Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and Holiday) - Flat Rate Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

- METHOD OF PAYMENT
5.1 Products and shipping can be paid by credit card, prepaid credit card or PayPal. Payment may also be made by bank transfer; please contact email@example.com for more instructions.
5.2 Croce Del Sud S.r.l. and Zoccoli Imports LLC will never use payment data for purposes other than purchase procedures, issue refunds in the event of product returns following customer exercise of the right of withdrawal, or to prevent or notify the authorities of cases of fraud on Amenshop.
- ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
6.1 Order cancellations or modifications must be made before shipment confirmation is received. To cancel or modify an order, the customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide the reference number and any other information (given name, surname, order date, etc.) useful to clearly identify the order. The customer will receive a confirmation of order cancellation/modification and information on the refund of any amounts already paid.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Customers may withdraw from the sale contract as follows: a) Email request must be sent within 14 (fourteen) business days from product delivery; b) Customer will receive a refund within 30 days of Amenshop receiving the goods returned at the customer’s expense to:

- EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
8.1 Product replacement is guaranteed in the event of proven manufacturing defects under the terms of the warranty, available on the “Maintenance and Warranty” page. The customer must contact the customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number, given name, surname and order date, and attaching one or more photographs showing the defect. All details are provided on the “Returns” page.
- DATA PROTECTION
9.1 The controller of data collected via this website is Croce Del Sud S.r.l. and Zoccoli Imports LLC . It autonomously determines the purposes and methods of processing and the security procedures to be applied to guarantee data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Croce Del Sud S.r.l. and Zoccoli Imports LLC requires certain data for contract completion. Failure to provide to Croce Del Sud S.r.l. and Zoccoli Imports LLC any data indicated as required will prevent the main purpose of data collection, e.g. it may prevent Croce Del Sud S.r.l. and Zoccoli Imports LLC from fulfilling the product sale contract on Amenshop.com .
- APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, and in particular by Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the law on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning e-commerce.
10.2 All disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions of sale will be referred to the Court of Arezzo, in accordance with the law in force.
In the event, that you have a change of heart and want to exchange your item or return it for a refund, before proceeding, we ask you to check that the following conditions are met:
- the product shall be returned only after contacting us, and pending approval by our support team. You will find on your Order history;
- the product must be unused, undamaged, and clean
- for facial masks we can accept returns with refund only if the plastic packaging has not been opened or tampered with
- all returned products will be checked, if anything appears defective or different from the original it will not be accepted
- the product must be returned in the original packaging
- the product must be received within 14 working days from the delivery date
If all these conditions are met, we will refund you the cost of the product without the shipping costs. If you exceed the 14 days deadline, you can always return a product within 30 days from the notification of delivery. However, after this period, every product returned will be managed at our discretion. Typically, customers will receive a refund within 10 working days from receipt of the product. The type of refund will depend on what payment service chosen at the time of purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
It is necessary to enter your user area, select the MY ORDERS section, click on DETAIL and write in the request field specifying if it is a Refund or Replacement request.
Alternatively, you can contact customer service only and exclusively at email@example.com, indicating Order number, name, surname and attaching one or more photos that identify the defect. You will be given all the instructions to perform the return.
We only accept requests through the USER AREA and email to keep traceability of every communication and process. For this reason, we cannot take into consideration requests received through other channels.
The free replacement is guaranteed for accepted manufacturing defects in terms of the relative warranty which you can consult the "Maintenance and Warranty" page.
