OUR FATHER

The prayer of the Our Father is the universal prayer of all Christians; the way they turn to God as Father. It represents the only invocation dictated by Jesus to men, in which he turns to God. This is certainly why we can say that the Our Father represents the summary of the whole Gospel. Wearing the Our Father in a jewel leads us to always keep with us the three commitments and the three requests contained in the prayer: commitment to witness, to fidelity and to love. The request for support, for the forgiveness of sins and the request for Salvation.
